Special & Memorable

Weerawardhan or ‘Weere’ was are chauffeur for eight days whilst we toured Nuwera Eliya, Kandy and Hikkaduwa. He picked us up at Negambo and finally dropped us off in Colombo. Weera was an exceptional person and driver, he was safe on the busy and unpredictable roads and traffic in Sri Lanka,. He was always calm, collected, knowledgeable, reliable , punctual, flexible and went out of his way to cater for our needs. Of all the drivers we have had during our previous visits to SL, his English was by far the best. He has a very good command of the language, which made it easy to communicate. He also had a good sense of humour. We felt very safe with him. We were amazed at his knowledge of the history of all sights we visited, which was an added bonus as he was our defacto tour guide. Weere was an ultimate professional and knew when he could interact with us and when it was necessary to keep his distance. We would like to strongly recommend Weere and Ceylonescapes to any one wanting an enriched and enjoyable holiday in Sri Lanka. Thank you Weere for making our trip so special and memorable. Good Luck!
